Slide Gate
-Keep snow clear of gate path!
-Keep snow/ice off of gate for weight
-Oil Chain w/ motor oil (not WD-40)
-Use WD-40 to clean cover
-Test Miller Edge safety monthly
-Test safety loops monthly
-Inspect all rollers, bearings, and bolts
Verticle Lift Gate
-Keep snow clear of gate operator!
-Keep snow/ice off of gate for weight
-Wipe clean photo eye / reflector
-Test Miller Edge safety monthly
-Test safety loops monthly
DigiTech DigiGate 700
If keypads or door alarm is offline:
1.) Perform a "Clear" -> "Set" -> "Download
2.) Check Power Supply Transformers
Clean / Dust keypads, SysCon, etc. as needed
Digital Video Recorders
Clean air filters
Test Recording Operations / Playback
VCR
Dust VCR
Test Recording Operations / Playback
Replace tapes after 10-12 uses due to tape deterioration
Cameras
Clean Lenses with soft towel as needed
Clean Housing from debris or bee's nests as needed
VCR
Do NOT use paper towels!!
Use glass cleaner with a SOFT cotton towel or t-shirt
